Quality Coordinator | UAN - 3EC9CA Department: Quality / Quality Assurance Location: Office / MVG San Diego (CA) Type: Full-time About the Role The Quality Coordinator will manage and oversee quality control and inspection activities in accordance with QMP procedures and the MRP system. Reporting to the Regional Quality Manager, this role helps maintain compliance, improve processes, reduce non -conformances, and support safe, efficient production. This position is ideal for a detail -oriented quality professional with an engineering background and strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Job Opening www.mvg -world.com | careers@mvg -world.com Page 2 Responsibilities - Manage all aspects of quality control and inspection in line with QMP procedures, MRP system requirements, and quality standards. - Collaborate with Production Supervisors, Operational Managers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure safe work processes, compliant materials, and effective issue resolution. - Drive non -conformance reduction and process improvement initiatives by evaluating data, customer feedback, and QMS performance. - Ensure measurement system calibration, inspection documentation, and compliance records are maintained to customer and ISO requirements. - Lead internal audits and create quarterly quality reports analyzing internal and external quality standards. - Develop inspection process documentation and train new Inspectors on quality requirements and procedures. - Report weekly updates to Program Management and Operations while encouraging teamwork, organization, and safe working practices. Requirements - BS in Engineering. - Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and ISO -related documentation. - Critical thinking and problem -solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, customer feedback, and process issues. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a production or operations environment. - Strong organizational and leadership abilities, including the capability to support audits, documentation, and inspector training. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with suppliers, production teams, managers, and cross -functional stakeholders. - Self-motivated, results -driven approach with commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality requirements. Nice to Have - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. - Experience working with MRP systems and QMP procedures.
