This role is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards through inspection, testing, and collaboration with production teams.This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We're looking for detail-oriented team members who are safety-focused, analytical, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards as we expand operations.What You'll Do• Inspect and test products to ensure quality standards are met• Use measurement tools and testing equipment (calipers, gauges, etc.)• Document inspection results and report any quality issues• Work with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects• Maintain accurate records and follow quality procedures• Ensure compliance with safety and company policiesQualifications• High School Diploma or GED preferred• Experience in manufacturing or quality control is a plus• Familiarity with measurement tools and inspection processes preferred• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environmentWork EnvironmentThis role operates in a manufacturing facility and may involve exposure to moving equipment, noise, and varying temperatures.
