What you'll do…
As a Quality Technician (Level I or II), you'll support the Quality team in ensuring all raw materials and finished products meet company and regulatory standards. Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities will grow from routine inspection to more advanced analysis and problem-solving.

We are looking for individuals who are committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Candidates may qualify for either Level I or Level II based on experience or education.
You should have:
Level I:
At least 6 months of inspection or quality-check experience, or
12 credit hours in Quality Technology or a related field from an accredited institution
Level II:
At least 1 year of inspection or quality-check experience, or
High school diploma plus 12 credit hours in Quality Technology or a related field
Stronger understanding of quality systems, data analysis, and problem-solving

The Dart story begins with a small machine shop in Mason, Michigan known as Dart Manufacturing Company. Established in 1937, this modest business prospered through the manufacture of such products as plastic key cases, steel tape measures, and identification tags for the armed services.
