Position Title: Quality Control Technician III
Work Location: Gainesville, GA 30501
Assignment Duration: 11 Month (Possibility of Extension & Conversion into FTE)
Shift Scheduled - 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Position Summary: Quality Control Sterility Technician: To perform, maintain and train on analytical techniques and methods for Quality Control testing required for product release.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purity testing for in process samples and diluent
- Purity testing for Avian viruses
- Growth promotion
- pH, Spectrophotometry, and Osmolarity
- Reagent management
- Documentation and LIMs (Laboratory Information Management System)
Qualification & Experience:
- Laboratory experience
- Exposure to aseptic technique
- Ability to work individually and in a group setting
- Ability to schedule self
- Communicates effectively to share data with stakeholders
- Values compliance and data integrity
Education:
- Associates degree from an accredited institution with two to three (2-3) years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with one to two (1-2) years of related laboratory experience preferred.
