Quality Control (QC) Administrative Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

Gallo Mechanical is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Quality Control Administrative Assistant to support our QC department. This role is centered on high-volume data entry, document control, and daily administrative support, with Procore as the primary platform. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, accurate, and thrives in a fast-paced construction office environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform high-volume data entry of plans, specifications, and contract documents into Procore
• Maintain organized digital and physical files for referenced files.
• Provide general administrative support to the QC Manager and team
• Complete special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Procore strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Experience with high-volume data entry and a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, dependable, and a strong team player.
• Experience with Vista by Viewpoint is a plus.
