Quality Control Packer – Production Line

Where: Milesburg, PA | Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Embrace a 12-hour swing rotation: spend one month on days (7:00am–7:00pm), then on the first Monday every other month, switch to nights (7:00pm–7:00am).

Your mission

Deliver defect-free product, every time. You’ll be the last set of eyes before items are cased and palletized, ensuring our customers receive quality they can trust.

How you’ll succeed

• Rigorously follow JSAs and safety procedures, setting the tone for a safe shift.
• Inspect every finished unit prior to packing; alert the bag line operator to issues without delay.
• Weigh, number, and document cases with precision.
• Build pallets that are even, stable, and correctly configured.
• Team up with the Converting Operator on roll changes to minimize downtime.
• Confirm safety guards are installed and functioning at your workstation.
• Complete scheduled quality checks and maintain accurate records.
• Keep your area orderly and safe; assist the operator with additional tasks as assigned.

What you bring

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work overtime as operations require.
• Willingness to complete training courses designated by management.
• A safety-first mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
