Quality Control Manager
Montgomery, Alabama
Trillium Construction is now seeking Quality Control Managers for direct-hire!
Candidates must be able to travel internationally. Annual salary is $120k/year, depending on experience.
What You Will Do:
- Manage contract compliance and implement the project quality control program
- Identify quality issues and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies on quality matters
- Perform and document inspections, testing, and construction activities
- Issue deficiency reports and track resolution
- Maintain project documents (drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, as-builts)
- Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship
- Develop punch lists and support final inspections
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, construction environment with travel required.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks (climbing, lifting 50+ lbs, working in confined spaces/heights, and varying weather conditions).
Requirements:
- Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office, web-based tools)
- High school diploma/GED + 10 years of QC or project management experience (degree preferred)
- Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
