About Our Client
Our client is the leading providors of USACE construction projects in the Rocky Mountain region. They are looking to expand their team due to the large influx on projects in their pipeline nationwide.
Job Description
Overseeing and enforcing safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Conducting regular safety inspections and audits on project sites.
Identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
Implementing safety training programs for site personnel.
Maintaining compliance with federal safety regulations, including experience with federal project requirements.
Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure safe work practices.
Investigating accidents and incidents and providing recommendations for improvements.
Keeping abreast of industry best practices and emerging safety trends.
Preparing and submitting safety reports to project stakeholders and regulatory agencies.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a construction related field (preferred).
Proven experience in safety and health management on federal construction projects.
Strong knowledge of federal safety regulations and standards.
OSHA 30 Hour and EM385 1-1 Training
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced construction environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety excellence.
