What You'll Do:
- Lead and continuously improve the site Quality Management System (QMS), including procedures for raw material acceptance, in-process controls, and final inspection
- Serve as the primary quality partner to Operations and Engineering, driving improvements that reduce cost of poor quality (COPQ), scrap, and rework
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and customer complaint investigations
- Prepare for and support internal and external audits, including ISO-related activities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four Quality professionals, strengthening capability and building future leaders
- Ensure quality measurement, inspection, and testing equipment are properly maintained and utilized
- Track, analyze, and report quality trends, risks, and improvement initiatives to division leadership
Career Growth & Development

- Expand influence beyond the site through cross-functional and cross-site collaboration
- Build a foundation for future advancement into senior quality, operational, or broader leadership roles within Dixon

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Quality Systems: Strong experience improving or managing a Quality Management System in a manufacturing environment
