ABOUT THE ROLE
The Quality Control Lab Technician maintains and follows quality assurance processes that
describe the testing of products, recording of test results, analysis of historic test results,
and providing batch corrections to the manufacturing team. The schedule is 2nd shift,
Mon- Thurs (+Fri for OT) 4PM-2:30AM and the pay rate is $32.22 per hour.
WHAT YOULL ACCOMPLISH
Follow all Standard Work Instructions and Company Policies.
Maintain the 5S standard in the Quality Lab and Offices.
Perform analysis of raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods.
Recommend batch corrections to ensure product conformity.
Alert supervision to product quality, process quality, or machine operation concerns.
Place non-conforming material on quality control hold for further review.
Accurately record testing results using appropriate quality control forms and systems.
Release finished goods in company systems.
Safely manage and handle hazardous materials/ waste as part of lab sampling.
Create and post basic product quality reports.
Scan and save quality records in quality control systems.
Other duties, including occasional production support, as assigned.
