Title: Quality Control Inspector / CMM Programmer
Department: Quality
Reports to: Quality Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring implementation of in-process inspections and completed product inspections both manually and with CMM
- Responsible for creating CMM programs independently
- Inspect parts on CMM and manual inspection on surface plate to assure compliance to both customer and internal drawings
- NCMR documentation and CA
- Create and implement inspection plans for incoming and production
- Compare material certs to drawing requirements for compliance
