Pay:
- 1st Shift: $17.50 per hour (up to $18.00 per hour after probationary period)
- 2nd Shift: $17.50 per hour + $0.75 shift differential (up to $18.75 per hour after probationary period)

Quality Control Inspector Description:
Responsibilities:
- Inspect manufactured parts and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Manage and maintain the Control Hold Ticket process to ensure proper documentation and resolution of quality issues.
- Assist with sample orders and product evaluations.
- Generate detailed quality reports and maintain accurate inspection records.
- Support in-process audits to verify production quality and process compliance.
- Perform stock blocking and unblocking activities as required.
- Issue, monitor, and follow up on stock sweeps to identify and resolve quality concerns.
- Collaborate closely with Production Supervisors and cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2-3 years of experience in a quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing inspection role preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience using precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators.
- Working knowledge of SAP, EDI, Microsoft Excel, and email systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
