We are on the hunt for a seasoned professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Technical fields, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a similar area of expertise. The ideal candidate will bring experience in key areas including IATF 16949 certification, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), and proficient management of customer interactions. Proficiency in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), control plans, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), 8D problem solving, the 5-Why technique, and statistical software systems is highly valued.
Reporting directly to the Director of Quality, you will be pivotal in ensuring our operations meet international standards and customer expectations, while closely collaborating with engineering teams, production lines, and clients. You will drive quality improvement initiatives by leading investigations into customer complaints and executing root cause analyses.
