$70k Annually

Position Overview:
The Quality Control Associate ensures apparel products meet rigorous quality standards. This role manages inspection reports, reviews samples, conducts inspections, and supports quality improvement initiatives. The position is critical for maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of the Quality Control Associate:
  • Manage and maintain inspection reports for apparel products.
  • Monitor and enforce quality standards throughout production.
  • Review samples and conduct thorough inspections.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with AQL standards.
  • Utilize Excel and PLM systems for documentation and reporting.
Required Experience/Skills for the Quality Control Associate:
  • 2 - 5 years of apparel quality control experience.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction and production processes.
  • Familiarity with AQL standards.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PLM systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Quality Control Associate:
  • Experience with quality improvement projects.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
