Why do we need you ?
The Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager (internally referred to as: Operational Excellence Manager) plays a critical role in driving a culture of continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and quality excellence within our Louisville, KY facility. This role leads the development, implementation, and oversight of the sites Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) programs, ensuring full compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
The position provides strategic leadership to the Quality Department and related technical functions, aligning people, processes, and performance with business objectives.
As a key member of the leadership team, the Operational Excellence Manager maintains and enhances the plants AS9100 Quality Management System, oversees EHS program execution, and champions World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies to strengthen process capability and overall operational performance. This position collaborates closely with cross‑functional partners, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to promote customer focus, mitigate risk, and advance continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
