We’re looking for a Quality & Commissioning Director who is energized by more than project delivery—you’re motivated by building trusted partnerships and creating something meaningful alongside others. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and lead Boldt’s commissioning program within our growing data center market, working closely with high-performing teams to define how we collectively deliver, integrate, and transition critical systems.

In this role, you’ll serve as a connector and collaborator—bringing together engineers, trade partners, owners, and commissioning agents to ensure alignment and shared accountability across mission-critical MEP systems. You’ll guide commissioning strategies with a focus on transparency, coordination, and trust—helping teams navigate complexity while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, safety, and seamless system turnover. At the same time, you’ll play a key role in building a scalable program that reflects how Boldt partners across projects and regions.

If you thrive in environments where relationships matter as much as results—and you’re energized by helping teams align, solve problems, and build something that lasts—this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
