POSITION/TITLE: Quality Auditor WORK LOCATION: Higginsville, MO POSITION REPORTS TO: SQF/Quality Manager WORK TYPE: ON SITE JOB SUMMARY: He/ she are to be responsible for the inspection and monitoring of the manufacturing process by verifying product to ensure that all in-process procedures are being followed. Must be aware of and follow all GMP’s, HACCP and food safety procedures at all times. He/she possesses a knowledge and understanding of quality standards and requirements and applies that knowledge during audit of procedures and product to ensure that in-process quality standards are being maintained. He/she are responsible to report any deviations from established quality standards or procedures so that corrective action can be taken by appropriate individuals ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
