Roles & Responsibilities

Process returned medical devices in a laboratory setting.
Adhere to biohazard lab safety and proper PPE usage.
Assist in processing electronic records for customer complaints.
Collaborate with the complaints department to ensure accurate recordkeeping.

Experience Required

Preference for candidates with data entry, processing, and analysis experience, ensuring high accuracy.
Two years of experience in a regulated industry preferred.

Skills & Certifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in data entry and record processing.
Familiarity with regulatory processes.

Eligibilities & qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a regulated industry.
Ability to work on-site four days a week and remotely one day.
Local candidates only.
