The Quality Assurance Technician II supports AAON’s commitment to delivering high-quality HVAC products by performing inspections, tests, and audits throughout the manufacturing process. This entry-level role ensures that components and finished units meet internal and external standards. The technician works closely with production teams to identify defects and recommend corrective actions. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of quality principles are essential.Primary Duties

Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma or GED. Technical training or coursework in quality assurance, manufacturing, or HVAC systems is preferred.

This role requires consistent focus, precision, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical demands include standing for long periods, walking between workstations, and handling small tools and components.
