Perform administrative functions for Quality Assurance purposes with change orders, deviation reports, logbooks and specifications. Assure proper processing, handling and retention of Quality Assurance records. Communicate frequently with Laboratory, Formulations, Sales, Training, and Quality Assurance departments.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Some work experience. Must have basic math skills. Basic reading skills required. Basic computer skills needed.
• Must have basic language skills.
• Must have basic writing skills.
• Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.
• Ability to perform all essential position duties and responsibilities efficiently and effectively with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to self or others.
• Maintain a regular and dependable work attendance record with few instances of unplanned and/or unexpected absence.
