A leading, well-established food manufacturing operation is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor (USP Compliance - FSQR)to support USP compliance, FSQR, and FDA-regulated quality systems at its Texas facility.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing laboratory operations, quality systems, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, USP, and customer requirements
Oversee laboratory testing, product release, and FSQR programs
Lead or support investigations, CAPA, and root cause analysis
Supervise lab technicians and coordinate testing schedules
Review COAs, SOPs, and quality documentation
Support audits, validation, and calibration activities
Track quality trends and support continuous improvement
Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related field
2+ years of experience in a USP-regulated laboratory, food manufacturing, FSQR, or other regulated QA environment.
Strong knowledge of FDA GMP systems and quality processes
Experience with investigations and documentation
Supervisory experience is an asset
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Stable, well-established manufacturing environment
