Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the distribution center''s quality system as the Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and legally compliant products, govern the Quality Management system, implement the organization''s quality strategy, and drive continuous improvement in quality and food safety

  • Direct the deployment of the Quality Strategy at the site, enhancing procedures to meet key metrics aligned with business objectives

  • Collaborate with the management team to establish site priorities based on local needs and the Quality Strategy

  • Support the implementation of International Featured Standards and promote a strong Quality mindset and behavior throughout the Distribution Center

  • Sustain an efficient Quality Management System in compliance with standards, including corrective actions, internal audits, and quality training programs

  • Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management Systems through data analysis and trend evaluation using digital solution

  • Manage Quality incidents and Stock Recovery at the Distribution Center, ensuring the implementation of relevant corrective and preventive actions

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Associate's Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
