This is a National Guard Title 32 Quality Assurance Specialist position.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing the AASF Quality Management Plan, reviewing maintenance policies, and assessing quality programs across DoD services.
Perform quality evaluations of work processes, facilities, and personnel; identify deficiencies; and recommend corrective actions.
Manage technical publications, safety programs, and aircraft weight/balance operations.
Conduct inspections, review maintenance documentation, and monitor calibration and safety standards.
Serve as a technical advisor on quality assurance matters and ensure compliance with directives.
Qualifications require experience in quality assurance principles, technical reporting, and program development, with at least 12 months of specialized experience at the GS-07 level or equivalent. Eligible applicants include Virginia Army National Guard members or those eligible for membership.
