Quality Control Technician – Lowell, MA

Position Overview
The Quality Control Technician ensures products meet food safety, quality, and HACCP standards by working closely with production and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Test finished products (brix, viscosity, pH)
- Maintain accurate batch records and documentation
- Identify and document nonconforming materials; implement QC holds
- Perform sanitation verification (swabbing, allergen testing)
- Conduct in-process inspections and pull samples for testing
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and production conditions
- Inspect raw materials and finished goods; review labels
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 1+ year QC experience (food industry preferred)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Flexible schedule required
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
Work Environment
- Standing/walking throughout shift; lifting up to 60 lbs
- Exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, machinery, and food production conditions
