Quality Assurance Specialist Compensation

• $19.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
• 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service on eligibility dates.

Quality Assurance Specialist Highlights

• Contract assignment (Temporary) with potential to extend based on business needs.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM CT
• Work setup: Hybrid (4 days onsite, Monday–Thursday)
• Interview process: Team interview

Quality Assurance Specialist Responsibilities

• Perform QA evaluations using Microsoft Forms .
• Monitor and evaluate interactions for adherence to quality standards.
• Track and report QA results; communicate outcomes and provide feedback/coaching.
• Maintain QA metrics and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and present detailed quality reports to leadership/stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with training/leadership to address performance gaps and improve service quality.

Quality Assurance Specialist Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Windows 10, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to handle a high-volume workload with accuracy/consistency

Quality Assurance Specialist Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality Management, or related field
• Experience with quality monitoring/scorecards, auditing, or call/chat monitoring
• Preferred systems exposure: SAP, JDE, i5 (and HighRadius is a plus)
