Job Overview
As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in inspecting machined workpieces, interpreting specifications, and ensuring our products meet precise standards. This is a full-time, onsite position with standard working hours of 40 hours per week.
Essential Responsibilities
- Inspect machined workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Interpret and follow written inspection instructions, quality requirements, and customer specifications.
- Measure dimensions using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
- Complete all necessary inspection forms and reports.
- Conduct airflow tests, incoming and final inspections.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work occasional weekend shifts and overtime as required.
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment.
- U.S. Persons only (U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and protected individuals).
Preferences
- Experience in manufacturing.
- Strong reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a manufacturing shop environment.
- Experience with computerized shop floor tools.
