Who we are looking for:
A detail-oriented, bilingual team member to join our office team full-time. This role plays a key part in ensuring quality care, maintaining compliance, and supporting clinician productivity for both pediatric and adult patients across multiple disciplines (ST, PT, OT, LVN & RN).
Key Responsibilities include:
Quality Assurance (QA):
Review therapy notes (ST, PT, OT) for pediatric and adult patients
Ensure documentation aligns with the Plan of Care and meets billing standards
Identify inconsistencies or missing documentation
Communicate with clinicians for corrections or clarifications
Productivity Support:
Monitor clinician visit numbers and compliance with their weekly commitment
Track missed visits and non-compliant cases
Call patients to confirm, reschedule, or follow up on visits
Input and maintain accurate data records related to visit tracking and clinician performance
Administrative Support:
Message with clinicians regarding scheduling, visit follow-ups, and day-to-day support needs
Assist with incoming and outgoing faxes
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Support additional clerical or office-related tasks as needed
Skills We are Looking For:
Spanish speaking preferred, not required.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working with data and learning internal systems
Positive attitude, ability to multitask, and strong communication skills
