We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to support and enhance an evolving Quality Management System (QMS) within a growing organization in the CPG sector focusing on dietary supplements and food. This individual will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to identify gaps in existing processes and implement scalable, high-quality solutions.

Description
- Oversee customer complaints, ensuring timely response, investigation, and effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Manage sample intake, tracking, and documentation to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance
- Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS), including HACCP, CAPA, change control, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on customer expectations, audits, and quality standards
- Support and facilitate customer audits, including warehouse and documentation reviews
- Develop and implement best-in-class quality processes and standards
- Author, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support implementation and maintenance of certifications such as ISO, BRC, and GMP programs
- Partner with commercial teams on product qualification, including specifications and testing alignment
- Provide guidance and training on regulatory requirements and upcoming changes
- Support compliance efforts related to FSMA, supplier verification, and GMP standards
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices

Profile
A successful Quality Assurance Manager should have:
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related technical role
- Experience working within regulated environments (food, dietary supplements, or similar industries preferred)
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and associated processes
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FDA cGMP (21 CFR Part 111 and/or 117)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and HACCP principles
- Experience supporting audits, certifications, and compliance programs
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or similar systems
