Job Overview

Fairview is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to join our team! The QA Lead is a senior member of the Quality Assurance and Delivery Excellence team, responsible for overseeing testing strategies, leading QA efforts across multiple projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare applications. This role combines hands-on testing Automation expertise with leadership, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. • Define and implement Automation test strategies, plans, and frameworks for Epic and other healthcare applications. • Oversee the creation, execution, and maintenance of manual and automated test cases. • Drive defect management processes, including triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking. • Monitor and report on QA metrics, test coverage, and quality trends to stakeholders. • Mentor and guide QA Analysts and Senior QA Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and practices to enhance QA efficiency and effectiveness. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in testing practices.

Required Qualifications

B.S./B.A. Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 8 years Software QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role. 5 years Expertise in test automation tools (UFT, Eggplant, Selenium, etc.) and integration with Epic workflows. 5 years Test management and defect tracking tools such as ALM, Zephyr, Jira. 2 years Lead QA teams and manage testing efforts across complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices. Epic certification or extensive experience with Epic modules is highly desirable.
