    Job Summary:

    As a Quality Assurance Specialist at VigorCare Pediatric Services, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization maintains the highest standards of quality in all aspects of our operations. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement quality assurance protocols, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for all aspects of our operations

    - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing quality assurance protocols

    - Identify areas for improvement and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions

    - Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations

    - Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance protocols and procedures

    - Collaborate with other departments to develop and maintain quality improvement initiatives

    - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance

    - Prepare and present reports on quality assurance performance to management

    - Participate in quality assurance meetings and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

    Requirements:

    - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, quality management, or a related field

    - Knowledge of quality assurance principles, standards, and regulations

    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

    - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

    - Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools

    - Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
