Quality Assurance Inspector

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Utilize various measurement tools and techniques to assess product quality.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in internal audits and assist in the development of quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in quality assurance or related fields are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using measurement tools and software for quality assessment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
