Now Hiring Quality Assurance Inspector

Location: Frankfort, KY

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Saturday + Some Sundays | 3:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Step into a Quality Assurance Inspector role in Frankfort where accuracy and pride go hand in hand. You'll spot what others miss and make sure every piece meets top standards.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, or similar equipment
• Ability to read and interpret specifications, blueprints, and inspection standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects
• Ability to accurately document inspection results and quality issues
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work overtime, including every other Sunday during peak production

Job Duties:

• Inspect plastic, metal, and foam components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Measure parts using precision gauges and inspection equipment
• Identify, document, and report product defects and quality concerns
• Follow established inspection procedures and maintain accurate quality records
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety policies
• Work closely with production teams to support quality improvements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform additional quality assurance duties as assigned
