Pay Rate: $17.00 $25.00/hour (based on experience)

Shifts:
1st Shift | Monday Thursday | 5am-1:30am
or
2nd Shift 130pm-12am
Inspect and approve incoming plasma shipments, raw materials, and associated documentation to ensure compliance with specifications.
Reject or return non-conforming materials as directed by the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
Review and approve in-process Production Units (PUs) by verifying customer and regulatory requirements.
Inspect final plasma lot shipments to ensure pallets are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for distribution.
Investigate, document, and report product or process deviations through non-conformance and deviation reports.
Communicate quality concerns and required corrective actions to manufacturing personnel and QA leadership.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP requirements, and company quality standards.
Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation in company computer systems.
Assist with developing and updating quality policies and SOPs.
Support a safe, clean, and compliant manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year of Quality Assurance experience required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing required.
Experience in plasma, blood banking, biotechnology, or medical device manufacturing is highly preferred.
Working knowledge of cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
