CTG is seeking a Quality Assurance Governance Lead to support quality assurance governance, compliance, and delivery excellence for our client. This role will focus on defining testing strategies, managing quality documentation, coordinating assessments, and ensuring application services engagements meet established quality standards. Location: Remote Duration: 5 months Duties: Develop and maintain Test Strategies for cloud-based products by partnering with technical subject matter experts. Lead quality governance activities, including SSD (Start of Standard Development) gate preparation and release readiness reviews. Create and maintain Risk Registers, tracking mitigation actions, dependencies, and escalations. Develop Support Concept and Release Strategy documentation. Coordinate AI Ethics, Telecom, and SPL assessments to support compliance and governance requirements. Prepare Test Evaluation Reports (TER) by reviewing test evidence, quality metrics, defects, and release readiness criteria. Manage Release Decision evidence packages and approval processes. Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with Worldwide Quality Assurance/Management Discipline (WWQA/MD) standards. Identify quality gaps and provide recommendations to improve project delivery, risk management, and operational processes. Partner with project managers, engineering teams, and leadership stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Skills: Strong experience developing Test Strategies and evaluating testing approaches for cloud-based applications. Ability to analyze and validate testing evidence, quality metrics, defects, and release readiness criteria. Strong knowledge of quality assurance governance, compliance processes, and delivery standards. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with risk facilitation, tracking, and mitigation planning. Strong documentation, reporting, and evidence management capabilities. Ability to manage approvals, dependencies, and escalations across technical teams. Experience: Experience in quality assurance, governance, application services delivery, or software development environments. Experience supporting cloud-based products, testing programs, and release management activities. Experience performing quality assessments and providing recommendations to project teams and leadership. Proven ability to work with technical SMEs and business stakeholders to improve quality outcomes. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $55.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
