Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer II
Location: Cleveland, OH 44102
Duration: 12+ Months - Opportunity to convert to Permanent employment


Qualifications Required:
Bachelor s degree in engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality role
Experience working in an IATF 16949-certified environment

Strong knowledge of:
o APQP / PPAP
o FMEA (DFMEA / PFMEA)
o Control Plans & Process Flows
o Root cause analysis methodologies

Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, MSA, Cp/Cpk)

Preferred:
Automotive industry experience
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
Experience with customer-specific requirements (CSRs)
Familiarity with audit standards (IATF, VDA 6.3)
