What Youll Do
Support and improve quality systems that ensure our products meet performance safety and customer expectations.
Assist in developing and improving quality assurance programs procedures and controls aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
Design and implement quality control processes using statistical and lean manufacturing techniques.
Analyze quality data and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Support development and execution of quality plans especially for new product development and complex assemblies.
Collaborate with engineering production and cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures.
Interface with customers and vendors to resolve quality issues.
Develop and perform laboratory testing and validation procedures.
Create and maintain ISO documentation and report quality metrics to leadership.
Design simple fixtures tools or process controls to improve production quality.
Plan and perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance and drive improvement.
Support calibration systems and ensure compliance with standards.
Operate equipment to evaluate product and process performance collect data and analyze results.
Provide guidance and support to QA technicians and inspectors.
Promote a culture of problem-solving accountability and continuous improvement.
Follow company policies procedures and safety guidelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
What Were Looking For
Education Bachelors degree in Quality Mechanical Industrial Engineering or related field required.
Basic knowledge of quality systems risk management and process control.
Understanding of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
1-3 years of related experience is a plus.
Experience supporting new product development is a plus.
