Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required 4 days a week.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience with:
  • Healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid) and business processes
  • Translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios
• 2 years knowledge of manual testing techniques (functional, regression, smoke, usability, boundary testing)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• 3 years of experience with:
  • QA tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar
  • Standard SDLC (waterfall methodology) and in an Agile delivery
• 2 years of experience with large enterprise or e-business systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tests on technical solutions to isolate and solve issues
• Initiate tests, analyze results, and find solutions to technical problems
• Demonstrate proficiency in test processes and SDLC tools
• Translate functional and technical requirements and technical designs into test cases

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, healthcare or related field or equivalent years of experience

 The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000.
