My name is Avery, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Henderson, CO details of the position are as follows: 
 
Job Description: 
  • Pay: $30-33 an hr based on experience
  • 12 Month Assignment – possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget
  • Mon – Thurs 4 x 10
  • The position will mainly be responsible for inspecting and testing processed, machined, fabricated or assembled parts of products for defect, wear, and deviations from specifications.
  • Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications
  • Analyze and interpret blueprints, data, manuals, and other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures, adjustment and certification methods, formulas, and measuring instruments required.
  • Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations, and work for conformance to specifications.
  • Record inspection or test data, such as weights, temperatures, grades, or moisture content, and quantities inspected or graded.
  • Mark items with details such as grade and acceptance or rejection status
  • Measure dimensions or products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
  • Analyze test data and make computations as necessary to determine test results
  • Notify supervisors and other personnel about production problems and assist in identifying and correcting these problems
  • Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.
Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience with manufacturing quality processes
  • Experience with inventory audits, reviewing work instructions, identifying nonconforming parts
  • Experience using metrology equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM or similar)
  • Experience verifying parts against specifications
  • Experience supporting production and continuous improvement initiatives.
