Quality Assurance Analyst

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and software testing.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of QA databases, testing tools, and related applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure all project and quality objectives are met.
  • Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and overall product or service quality.
  • Identify, document, and help resolve defects within the production or development process.
  • Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure quality assurance standards are achieved.
  • Compile, review, and analyze statistical data related to quality assurance activities.
  • Ensure user expectations and business requirements are met throughout the testing process.
  • Draft and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and testing documentation.
  • Investigate customer complaints, product issues, and quality-related concerns.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable quality standards, industry requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
