Required Skills Bachelors degree in a technical, business, healthcare, or related field (5+ years of Quality Assurance experience may substitute for formal education) 5+ years of experience translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios, and building them into test systems 3+ years of deep knowledge of healthcare operations business processes 3+ years of proficiency with manual or automated testing tools such as Azure DevOps or Atlassian JIRA and Confluence Preferred Skills Technical and/or Project Management certifications from recognized sources 5+ years of experience with large enterprise or e-business systems 3+ years of prior experience working in a standard SDLC (waterfall methodology) and Agile delivery environments Healthcare operations experience, specifically Medicaid ***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor.
