Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Quality Assurance. You will review and analyze basic or tactical Quality Assurance assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Additionally, you will present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing an understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. You will also provide information to client personnel in Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Quality Assurance.
• Review and analyze basic or tactical Quality Assurance assignments or challenges.
• Research, evaluate, and select alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations.
• Exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide information and support to client personnel in Quality Assurance.

• 2 years of Quality Assurance experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• ALA-accredited MLS/MLIS or equivalent degree.
• Two or more years of experience working with legacy audiovisual materials.
• Experience with digitizing and preserving analogue audiovisual materials.

Pay Range: $35- $37

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
