Quality Assurance Administrator - Los Angeles, CA area

Our client in the Los Angeles, CA area is a division of a world leading manufacturer of aerospace products is looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator responsible for providing support for their Company.

Keltia is a technical support services company providing Engineering Design, CAD Training along with Specialized Technical Recruiting services to mainly the aerospace and other industries in WA State, around the US, Canada and Europe. We have been in business 20 years in the US and 8 years in Europe.

Position purpose/core responsibilities:

Main Duties:

• Work within the Quality Department in the Preparation of inspection packages.
• Review and understand customer quality requirements.
• Support production schedule activities.
• Work directly with the Quality Manager on a daily basis and provide support as needed.
• Be a good team player both within the quality department and jointly with production.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent in job experience.
• 2+ years' experience in a professional office environment.
• Must be detail oriented, extremely organized, must possess excellent communication skills, and be able to interact well with all levels of Management.
• Must possess excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of word, spreadsheets and databases.
• Act as a leader within the quality department exemplifying good work ethic and morals.
• Must know the basic system of reporting, record keeping and follow instructions.
