Work Schedule
Work just 3 days a week — and enjoy a 4-day weekend every week.
This position follows a Monday – Wednesday | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM schedule, giving you full-time hours in three days and four consecutive days off to recharge, spend time with family, or pursue what matters most to you.

About the Role
The Quality & Assembly Team Lead is the connective tissue of the shift — keeping quality inspection, assembly, and rework running smoothly while making sure every team member has the support, training, and direction they need to do their best work. You're a working lead: on the floor, hands-on, solving problems in real time, and the first line of support before escalating to the Shift Supervisor or Engineering.
If you hold yourself to a high standard, take pride in developing others, and know your way around IPC workmanship requirements, this role was built for you.

Physical Requirements
Regular use of hands for precision work; frequent standing, sitting, and communication; occasional lifting up to 40 lbs. Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus required.

Electronics manufacturing facility. Moderate noise level; occasional exposure to moving parts, fumes, or airborne particles. PPE enforced where required. This is a fully on-site role — attendance is essential.
