Primary duty
The Quality and Customer Relations Specialist is primarily responsible for the oversight of quality processes for internal and external customer experience activities, to include accommodations pursuant to Americans with Disabilities (ADA). The position is responsible for assessing and interpreting customer experience needs of the organization and introducing processes or enhancing current processes for efficiency and effectiveness. The position will facilitate quality improvement groups, extract and interpret data, and prepare reports and presentations.
We have a Hybrid Work Program where team members work part of your time from a company location, and part of your time from a non-company location. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Our network of behavioral health, vocational and child protective services helps people who are experiencing mental illnesses, addiction disorders, disabilities, and children who have been abused or neglected. We are an affiliate of Baptist Health Care and provide behavioral health and child protective services throughout Northwest Florida in a four-county area: Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton counties.
