Job Description
The Quality Analyst - Inventory & Materials Control ensures the accuracy, quality, and traceability of materials issued from the warehouse to the manufacturing floor in a high-volume production environment. This role focuses on validating work order material requests, monitoring replenishment triggers, and confirming that materials are correctly backfilled to work centers. The position is part of a critical process improvement initiative and offers strong potential to grow into a long-term opportunity as the organization continues to enhance inventory hygiene and scalable manufacturing processes.

Work Environment
This role is based primarily on the warehouse and manufacturing floor, with approximately 90% of the time spent in a hands-on production environment. The position does not require travel. The shift is Monday through Friday from 3:30pm to 11:30pm. The role is closely tied to materials and production operations, and production teams work mandatory Saturdays every other Saturday, although overtime for this position is available but not mandatory. The environment emphasizes modern, scalable manufacturing processes and the use of ERP and warehouse management systems, as well as strong compliance practices aligned with standards such as AS9100. The organization offers a mission-driven culture focused on supporting critical defense technology through scalable autonomous equipment. There is also a company-wide shutdown from December 23rd to January 1st and 20 holidays throughout the year. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/hr.
