Discover Your Next Chapter in Retirement Plan Service

Picture your morning in our Camp Hill office: you review a client’s quarterly investment report, refine the agenda for an upcoming committee meeting, and jump on a quick call with a recordkeeper to resolve a plan-level question. By afternoon, you’re guiding a participant through a distribution request, syncing with our Financial Advisors on a smooth new-plan onboarding, and closing the loop with a TPA and custodian so every detail lands exactly where it should.

That’s a day in the life of our Qualified Retirement Plans Client Services Consultant—working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Financial Advisors and Operations team to support plan sponsors, participants, and the vendors who keep qualified plans running.

What You’ll Tackle

  • Build and prepare quarterly plan sponsor meeting materials—investment reviews, agendas, reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Serve as a daily point of contact to plan sponsors and vendors (recordkeepers, TPAs, legal counsel, accountants, actuaries), answering questions and driving issues to resolution.
  • Clarify administrative processes and recordkeeping matters while translating retirement plan regulations into plain language for stakeholders.
  • Support participants with transactions, plan design questions, and recordkeeper navigation.
  • Partner with Financial Advisors to ensure flawless onboarding for new clients.
  • Join client calls or meetings to bolster plan administration, plan design discussions, and plan wellness initiatives.

Client Experience and Retention

  • Respond promptly to inquiries from plan administrators/sponsors and participants.
  • Champion satisfaction and long-term retention across plan sponsors/administrators and our wealth management clientele.
  • Coordinate daily with recordkeepers, third-party administrators, and custodians to keep everything aligned.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or Finance.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on retirement plan experience.

Skills That Set You Apart

  • Self-driven, highly organized executor who thrives both independently and in a team, taking details from concept to completion.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Talent for simplifying complex retirement concepts for advisors and clients.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort adopting new technology.
  • CRM experience and strong general computer literacy.
  • High standards for work quality and output; strong reading, writing, and basic math skills.
  • Trusted steward of confidential information.

Benefits and Work Setup

  • Group Health Insurance, Dental, and Vision
  • Matching 401(k)
  • Paid time off
