Provides clinical oversight, supervision, and quality assurance for behavioral health and community-based services in compliance with state regulations and CARF standards. Key Responsibilities: - Provide required supervision to Peer Support Specialists and Direct Support Staff - Review and approve service documentation and plans - Ensure services align with authorizations and regulatory requirements - Participate in quality assurance and audit readiness activities - Collaborate with therapists, care coordinators, and leadership Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a human services or related field, or - A combination of education, experience, and training that meets Qualified Professional requirements - Experience providing or supervising behavioral health or community-based services - Strong documentation and compliance skills Additional Requirements: - Ability to travel up to 30 miles within assigned service area (mileage reimbursed) - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Background check and credential verification Compensation varies based on experience, credentials, service line, and caseload.
