Job Summary:
This position is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating behavioral management plans. Assess and intervene in emergency and crisis incidents by following individualized behavior treatment strategies or facility procedures to ensure the safety of clients and staff. Train staff in implementation of behavior management plans. Analyze, develop, monitor and evaluate psychological data. Provide active treatment supports and services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities to ensure effective methods of behavior modification and treatment are implemented.

A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services Concentration, Special Education, or related field and has at least one year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disability or other developmental disabilities. CFR 483.430
