Job Description
The QMS Coordinator supports the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality Management System (QMS) programs, systems, and compliance activities. This role provides operational and systems support across certifications, regulatory registrations, digital platforms, and KPI tracking, ensuring that documentation and resources are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders. Work Environment
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with a standard Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to start between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Local candidates follow a hybrid work model with three days onsite and two days remote, with remote work typically on Mondays and Fridays and onsite work Tuesday through Thursday at the Lakeville office. Remote candidates may be considered based on experience and qualifications. The role reports into the Quality Management Systems function and partners closely with the QMS team, including another team member in a similar function, while supporting broader Quality & Food Safety initiatives across the organization. You will work extensively with digital business applications and QMS platforms such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Intelex, Tableau, Smartsheet, and SharePoint in a professional office setting that emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and career development.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $37.50/hr.
