QI Field Services Specialist, IDD Services
Starting Salary: $50,000
This role will provide support to both the Knoxville and Chattanooga offices.
TheQI Field Services Specialist is a full timeposition, exempt andpaidbysalary.TheQI Field Services Specialistis responsiblefordesigningqualityimprovement strategiesandsupportingimplementation andoversight foraspecific regionwithin astate.
TheQI Field Services Specialistleads the continuous qualityimprovementprocess for theregion, focusingon service outcomes, risk management,andcompliance with internal andexternalstandards.
Inlargerregions where approved, the QualityImprovementSpecialistmaysupervise QualityImprovementCoordinator(s).
TheQuality ImprovementSpecialistworks in the regional or area officeandis expected to travelbetweenprograms, visitingeachassigned program at least on time peryear.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individualmust be ableto satisfactorilyperformeachessential function listedbelow:
1. Overseesregional incident managementandreporting.
2. Collaborateswith operationsand Quality ImprovementManagerto designandimplementrisk mitigationstrategies.
3. Reviews incident dataandconductsanalysis; drives process to remediateidentifiedincidentpatternsand trends.
4. Assists in monitoringlocalprocess for dataentryinto electronic and/or paperdocumentationsystems.
5. Conductsinternalinvestigationsofincidents, allegationsandcomplaints;reviewsfacts,determines conclusionsandadvisesabout responseto findings.
6. Maysupport operationswith reviewingreferralsandcompletingintakeactivities whenindividuals areadmitted.
1. Collaborates in the development andimplementation of operationseducation andtrainingplan, includingtrainingfor electronic documentation systems.
2. Mayassist withauditingeducationand trainingdocumentation, especiallytoprepare forlicensingorcertificationreviews.
3. Mayprovide education and trainingon topics such ascustomerservice,programplanning, individual rights,incidentmanagement,risk management,health and safetytraining, etc.
4. Providestechnical supportwith QualityImprovementanddocumentationsystemsasrequired.
2. Makesrecommendationsfor decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salarychanges,discipline, terminations, and similaractions.
3. Resolvesemployee problems within position responsibilities.
